Nature Photography with a Purpose was founded a couple of years ago, 2006. I began photographing the natural world many years ago, ok a decade or so ago, and decided to share the images with everyone. I will donate some of the profits from the sales of the images and other products to organizations helping to preserve some of the most magnificient animals and the habitat that they need to survive. I hope you enjoy viewing the images of wildflowers, landscape, birds, wildlife and travel.

My photography has taken me to many parts of the world. It has been very exciting. I find that some of our best images are here in our own area. The wildflowers have been spectacualr this year. The migratory birds at the Bolsa Chica wetlands has been a bit sporadic this year but was still worth every trip and hike out the area.

My photography training has continued and expanded into Advertising Illustration class. Very interesting to see and hear from so many fellow photographers in different areas. I have started a stock photography business. The site can be found here at naturAimages. This site will be upgraded shortly. Part of the proceeds from the sale of these images will aslo go to help organizations that help wildlife and their habitat.

I am always growing this site to make it a great resource for education, images, local places to hike and see native and migratory wildlife, places to eat (after all that hiking) and a great place to shop.
